- Half an onion
- 15g or 1 tbsp olive oil
- 425g or 15 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
- 425g or 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 170g or 6 oz. can of tomato paste
- 500ml or 2 cups of unsweetened plant-based milk
- 15g or 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 15g or 1 tbsp of dried parsley
- 60g or 1 cup cooked pasta
- Saute onion in oil until slightly browned
- Add canned tomatoes, spices, and milk
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat
- Add pasta before serving
